There are several different types of crime insurance available. Typical types of crime coverages are employee dishonesty, forgery, alteration, money, securities, computer fraud, the voluntary parting of funds, and ERISA.

Bonds

A bond states that the bonding company guarantees that the principal performs in some way for the benefit of the obligee. If the bonding company pays the obligee for nonperformance of the principal, the bonding company can seek reimbursement from the principal. There are many different types of bonds.
